You are now able to schedule online with Dr. Pat Dougherty, D.C. by clicking anywhere you see the “Patient Portal” box/link, or the “Schedule an Appointment” box/link. You can click on the patient Portal link below, but you may want to read the instructions below the link first.
No Online Scheduling at this Time
For Patients who have been to the office and set up a PIN already (New Patients must call to schedule):
Step 1 – Click on the “Schedule an Appointment” box/link on the home page of the webpage. You will be taken to a page with instructions and a ‘Patient Portal” link. Enter your last name only and your PIN#.
Step 2 – you will be taken to a page with 3 options. Click on the “to Schedule an Appointment” option
Step 3 – you will be taken to a page with 3 more options: “New Appt.”, “Cancel Appt.”, “Reschedule Appt.” To schedule an appointment click on the “New Appt.” option
Step 4 – a calendar will appear, then click on the date you wish to schedule then,
Step 5 – Click on the drop down arrow for the “Check Appointment Type” box. You will be given 3 choices. For most of you the correct choice will be “A-regular adjustment”. Only select the “testing and adjustment’ option if you are a regular patient who is being treated nutritionally by me, and buying supplements from me. Patients who select the “testing and adjustment’ option in order to get extra time for treatment will be charged a $15 cash charge. This $15 policy begins on January 1, 2019, and is due on the date of service at checkout.
Step 6 – Click on the “Check Appt. Availability” button. This will allow you to see what time options are available for that day.
Step 7 – once you have selected a time, click the X on the appointment availability box. This will return you to the previous page.
Step 8 – Click on the drop down arrow for the “select time” box. A list of time options will appear and you can click on the one you selected.
Step 9 – Click “Save”. You are done, leave the page. See you soon.
For patients who have not been in in a while and have not selected a PIN:
Step 1 – You will need to call our office to get an assigned PIN.
Step 2 – go to the website and click on the “Schedule an Appointment” box/link on the home page of the webpage. You will be taken to a page with instructions and a ‘Patient Portal” link. Enter your last name only and your PIN. You will then be prompted to enter a new PIN, 4 digits, that you will remember.
Step 3 – Follow the steps above.
If you have problems or forget your PIN call us (327-4373) and we will reset it to 1111 for you and then you can login and reset the PIN to any 4 digit PIN once more.
