We all know athletes must train to improve. Our brains are no different. There are exercises for manifesting the Law of Attraction. With these exercises the person with the most clarity wins. To be most effective that clarity needs to focus on the values and beliefs you want to exhibit. Too often people focus on what they want. This approach puts the cart before the horse and often results in attracting things that end up leaving a person with an empty feeling. First be the person who will attract the things you desire. Then, have faith in the order of the universe to deliver what you want. Sometimes you will find that your desires change as you develop your belief system and values. Weight Loss Tidbits

Restricting fat intake does not necessarily mean you will lose weight. Trans fats from processed foods turn on the metabolites that cause decreased metabolism and increased inflammation. This leads to diabetes. Omega-3 fats from fish oil, seaweed, flax and walnuts turns on the messages that lead to increased metabolism and weight loss. AVOID TRANS FATS AND EAT LOTS OF OMEGA-3 FATS! Carbohydrates are not necessarily bad. Like fats, though, it matters which carbs you eat. Carbs are the source of vitamins, minerals and Phytonutrients. They are the most important item for long term health. However, processed foods (foods from cans and boxes, and foods with white sugar and flour) are full of bad carbs, and again lead to diabetes.
